PURA's draft decision in PURA Docket 12-01-10, to which the State Vegetation Management Task Force has filed Exceptions, approves the use of ETT/ETR, a rigid line clearance standard.  PURA's final decision in this docket regarding utility tree pruning and removal will apply to both utilities.

To see public comments (correspondence) that have been submitted and all other filings, click PURA Docket No. 12-01-10.  (Note: submissions are ordered by month of filing, and within that, by year.)

For an undetermined period of time, written comments may still be made by e-mail to Pura.executivesecretary@ct.gov and Nicholas.neeley@ct.gov or via U.S. mail to PURA, 10 Franklin Square, New Britain, CT 06051.  Be sure to include a reference to Docket No. 12-01-10.   These may be particularly effective if based on what occurred at the meetings.
To prepare your remarks, you also may find it useful to consult The Benefits of  Street Trees, A Summary of Points, and the List of Documents, including past GCNH submissions to PURA, items 5 (Testimony at PURA Hearing in July of 2013 and Comments to PURA Public Meetings, March 5 and 6, 2014), 19, 20 and 21.
